I have just begun rehabbing homes. Currently doing my first rehab to a single family starter home just outside DC in suburban MD.

Experience

Just started learning in 2007 and have made one deal so far that involved buying a vacant lot in a gated retirement community in AR. I consider this deal to be more luck than anything else, so I'm still looking to make what I consider that "first" deal.


Real Estate Goals

I want to make my first real deal through wholesaling in early 2008. I also desire to earn $50000 in RE income in 2008.
