Eight years as a mortgage originator has given me the knowledge of understanding how lenders think. On a short sale, the negotiator is like an underwriter. There is a whole different difficulty in the short sale process vs. the loan financing process, but a lot of similarities. In my training, and continuing experience in mitigating short sales, I have a strong knowledge, but more importantly patience, in successfully negotiating shortsales. I still work as a loan originator, thereby staying in tough with that side of the lender. I don't know everything, but I continue to work hard to get it done, while learning. I specialize in Florida, but am expanding into Georgia, and then more states. Shortsale process is the same everywhere, but state specific regulations is what I need to know prior to closing the deal.
Have a fat RV and travel the country.
