I have been a new home project Manager for myself and investors for seven years; I have been in and around the construction business for over ten years,Talents; Finding investment opportunities that are not listed, listed, bank held, or opportunities even the current owners havent thought of. I can run the project from find to finish.
Project management experiences
1. Work with buyers and help design the vision of the project
2. Develop prints, Verify vision with the buyer or investors
3. Manage and schedule all interior options and verify there correctness with all concerned
4. Deliver prints to all the trades and suppliers for bids
5. Negotiate cost and schedules with all concerned
7. Develop spread sheet to show bids, actual costs and profit
6. Retrieve permits and run the schedule project
8. Manage payments, lien wavers and solve problems when they show up
9. Schedule walk through and inspections
10. Complete project on time and within budget
11. Just getting it done
