After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad a couple of years ago, I decided I want to get involved with real estate, but had no idea where to begin. At the beginning of this year, I decided to wait no longer, as it was obvious to me that there are loads of great deals out there. So, I began educating myself. I have come to the obvious conclusion that "book knowledge" is no match for "on the job training"!
I have been learning about the real estate investing business for the past nine months, and I'm ready to get started putting this knowledge into action. There is no better way to really learn than by doing!
I would like to wholesale at least 3 properties per month then get into buy and hold. After I reach that goal, I want to get involved in apartments.
I am currently putting together a package aimed at finding private lenders. I am searching everywhere for buyers. I even stopped on the street in our city when I saw a property being rehabbed, and added a buyer to my list!
