I am a real estate investor in Cincinnati, Ohio who has acquired over $13 Million worth of investment properties in the past 6.5 years. I am not saying that to brag but I just want to indicate my level of experience so I can be of help to beginning and experienced investors alike. I specialize in wholesaling single family houses (although I have wholesaled apartment buildings, even fractional or part ownerships in apartment complexes). I also acquire large apartment complexes (100-500 units) so I am continually looking for partners to syndicate large deals like these with.
