I am viewed as different, in a good way by others. I've driven the same 71 V W bus for the past 28 yrs. I read for fun and never watch TV. I do all my own mgmt & maint. My avatar is one of my duplexes in CA. Real Estate has been good to me. I have not paid any income tax, self employment tax nor social security tax for about 15 yrs. I live off of borrowed money which the tenants pay back, just like the seminars say. It took me almost ten yrs to break out of the contracting thing and go full time. I love rentals and the Course in Miracles.
