In my own words...

I am a Real Estate Broker/Investor/Developer.
I have had very good luck these past 15 years, and plan to continue my growth throughout the next 15 years. I started out in the slow markets of the early 1990's, and know what it takes to make it happen. What makes the business so exiting, is that it is always changing.
I am a developer of residential/commercial real estate, although my forte is consulting buyers and investors with their investing goals.

My current goal is to complete my two current development projects, if someone would loan me the money, and reap the rewards of the REO's and foreclosures as I have been doing for years.

If I can ever be of service for any reason at all, I enjoy sharing my experiences to whoever would like my insight or opinions.

Real Estate Experience

I began my Real estate career with Coldwell Banker, and left that comopany in 1999 as a member of the Presidents Club, among the top 3% of producing brokers in the nation.
I have been with Windermere Real Estate since, and I hold the designation of Associate Broker.
I have so many specialties that they are too extensive to list. I do it all, and what I don't know, I learn, then I do. I have developed 30 residentail properties since 2003, and am currently building 4 luxury homes. I am also building a commercial building. Did I mention that I was a developer as well? I launced my second of development company recently, and am also a general contractor. I am acytivly selling realestate, investing, developing and building.

Real Estate Goals

To become independently wealthy.
And, as many people define wealth in many different ways, my definition of wealth is having enough money to take care of everyone I know and love, and then enough to invest as long as I alive.
I enjoy helping others, and making more money out of the money I have.
