I'm a 20 year old aspiring investor. I currently invest in the stock market, but I'm here to learn about real estate investing, and ways to profit in real estate. I'm looking to network with locals who can help me get started in this market. I want to start bird dogging then move my way to wholesaling and move on from their.

Begin bird-dogging deals over to investors
Whole sale a few deals
Begin to invest in SFR and MFR focusing on buy and rent for positive cash flow, and fliiping deals when possible.
