In my own words...

I'm just learning about commercial real estate.I have taken one home study course and been all over the internet trying to soak up information.I'm interested in learning more with the help of someone very knowledgeable.If any has any experience with what I want to accomplish or wants to partner with me for a generous share of the profits I'd appreciate it.

I'd like to do flips with commercial properties.My goal is to get undervalued or under performing properties at a discount and resell for a large profit.

My main concerns are getting a buyers list,making sure a simultaneous close goes smoothly and hiding my profits at the closing from my end buyer.I know this is simplistic,but I just want to state my overall goal.

I know there's plenty of other concerns but these are same major ones that come to mind.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who wants to help.
