Hello my name is Christopher Um.

To introduce myself: I started Real Estate Investing about 6 months ago. Im an accounting major at Pasadena City College. I am ready to transfer to CSUN in a year to work on my Bachelor's Degree. I am working to become a CPA that specializes in Real Estate. As a CPA I want to help other investors reach their goals for their business. My personal hobbies include: hanging out with my friends, playing and watching sports(huge dodger and laker fan), playing videogames, and REAL ESTATE(it seriously has changed my life)!

On the business side of things, I spend roughly around 25+ hours a week with my partners Rolando and Jonathan on wholesaling. We primarily work in the South Los Angeles Area, but we do have connections all over the Los Angeles, and some out of state even. I love talking to like-minded investors who want to succeed and most importantly solve problems for others.

I consider myself an investing newbie, and my one real asset is motivation, energy, and doing whatever it takes to succeed. I also have a competitive desire within me, if I see someone else accomplish something, it motivates me to work harder to achieve the same result.

Real Estate has given me the strength to overcome a shyness problem I had when I was younger. It has revitalized me, never in my life before had I been so passionate about something. I want real estate to be part of my life, whether to create my own wealth or store it. I think the opportunities in Real Estate are endless.
