Newbie investor looking forward to helping others and obtaining financial security along the way.
The majority of my experience in REI consist of self educating myself through reading materials, seminars, and networking with professionals for many years. I would ask questions and seek advice from seasoned investors. Me and my wife purchased our first investment property in Dec "07". At closing we received a check in which I used as start up capital to purchase more property.
My short term goals are to buy 1 to 3 properties a month to rent out or wholesale until my capitol allows me to purchase in bulk. To have a positive cash flow, of at least $10,000 a month through various buy and hold strategies. My long term goals include owning units of 20 or more in apartment buildings and/or complexes for steady cash flow and equity building.
