I'm a serial entrepreneur and have been since purchasing my first business 6 days after graduating High School. I have been involved in Detroit real estate since 2002, and have seen a lot of things change. Along the way I became heavily involved in the senior living/assisted living business, and fell in love with it. That is my main focus these days, and the opportunity in that industry is a huge one.

I am currently focused on two main things:

1) Assisted Living development. I am working directly with real estate investors, and international investors to develop assisted living homes throughout the country. I offer partnership opportunities which allow an investor to outsource all care aspects of setting up, and running one of these types of businesses. The cash flow these types of businesses can create is outstanding, and my process for consulting and partnering on these types of deals is pretty simple.

2) Cash flow / turn key properties located in the city of Detroit.

Experience

I am an expert in assisted living, specifically in community based homes. I have worked in them, hired and trained employees, opened homes, managed homes, etc. I've been involved in everything from top to bottom. Extensive experience in real estate investment wholesale deals, utilizing real estate investments for the purpose of generating income in the assisted living business, and buying, rehabbing, renting, and flipping properties located in the city of Detroit.
