Always Soaking Up As Much Information As Humanly Possible! However the funny thing is... Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do. Yeah that's me funny, mixed with a little strange, topped with plenty of contradiction.
The great thing about all of this babble is I can be who I want to be with real estate. Nobody is judging me. Just the deals I make! LAMO all the way to the bank. (Hopefully in the near future, more often than not). On that note...
Investors with funds wanted... have all the investment properties you could want... Rock bottom prices! Dayton and Cincinnati have become rental property goldmines. SFH's, Doubles, Apartment buildings some need work some ready to go! Serious COH investors only. Let's talk!
Honestly, I have always loved houses. The looks of them, how they can come in so many different shapes and sizes. How people can make them totally different inside and out with just a few extra bucks. Since childhood I have loved real estate, but it wasn't until my ex-fiance told me that he was interested in investing that I actually started dealing with it. By the time we broke up I had helped him to acquire seven properties and a lot. At very deep discounts. My first was a hud home that was listed for 22 and appraised at 68. I got it for him for $7,500. After that... I was hooked. Once we "parted ways" I realized i needed money and the fastest way I could think of to get it was Wholesaling. Been doing it ever since and I LOVE IT!
My goal is to Wholesale 100 houses. Then from there I think I will move on to the landlording stuff. I didn't mention in my experience that he paid cash for all of those houses or that I was able to help him get 5 of those same properties rented to section 8 renters. Talk about work, we renovated and brought all of those houses to hud standard ourselves. One at a time... so I guess I have drywall and painting experience too! ;-). I am looking to expand my territory to other states, so if you're lookin for a good bird dog...
I am looking for investors who are seasoned, who know a good deal when they see one and are interested in properties in Ohio. (Surrounding States Included). Must be willing to do assignments and short sales.
