I invest in government foreclosures from Freedie Mac, Fannie Mae. I like to pool 10 homes together with investors. This stratagy is very successful and the amount of homes coming on the market continues to be attractive for investors. I also manage SFR for investors in the Elk Grove, CA area.

I was licensed in 1979 and started to explore opportunities in real estate. I have seen 3 market corrections and thay have been buying opportunities.
