Experience

I like the research and number crunching. The market usually is constant but with the ups and downs of the last 2 years the number crunch is just a bouncing ball.

I like also to see what others have done in creating a home layout. There are some new ideas in styles and floor plans lately.

Real Estate Goals

To expand my horizons, like the foreclosure market hitting the country. Who knew this would happen??!

I want to try to run my business with the goal of long-term profitability. So far I do not think that I have reached that goal. I have established shor t range goals but that is my long term goal.
