I have done my due-diligence on 52 unit, 7 building apartment complex. It is located in central IL. It consists of 7-1 BR, 30 - 2 BR and 15 3 BR town houses. It is worth $1,100,000 with an asking price of $350,000. The investment or equity partner(s) I want to bring into this deal, ideally understands commercial real estate. Like yourself !!!
