I have been silently studying topics including finance and investing of all sorts for many years now. I continue to take small steps toward real estate investing, trying to constantly meet the challenges and overcome the fears that I am faced with.

I am a big believer in capitalism, Ayn Rand, and myself. As for REI, I am interested in wholesaling, short sales, and REOs. After that, I'd like to play the market by ear and adapt as market conditions change, but I would love to find a way to gain ownership in the nicer, quality multifamily buildings in nicer parts of bigger cities that are always going to be desirable.
