In my own words...
I've been a full-time Investor/Realtor for 4+ years ... my focus as an Investor is finding dividable properties and/or rehabs while keeping an eye out for cashflowing rentals. This coupled with helping friends, family and referrals to buy and sell real estate keeps me busy.

As a Realtor/Investor, I couple my personal flips with helping friends, family and referrals to buy/sell their own homes & investment properties.
Real Estate Goals
Flip 2-3 properties a year.
Add 1 rental a year for next 5 years.
Continue to help friends, family and referrals to buy/sell real estate.
Currently Seeking
2-3 cashflowing rentals and one property to flip by year's end.
