Real Estate Goals

I am set up for long term growth. I wish to buy decent properties in promising areas and build a nice sized rental portfolio. I am extremely interested in university towns where there is a huge shortage of campus housing due to more and more accepted applicants every year. I then want to get into commercial market and buy apartment complexes. After that, development/construction is my ultimate goal...
