	JP Take a look at 3017 Trumbull. 3/1 frame. Not the prettiest, but the inside is rehabbed. Tenants both work at the casino down the street, so they don't miss work. They want to buy,but their credit is bad. Needs exterior work, but you can probably get it for .40 -.55 on the $ There's room to buy and hold or sell.
