I have completed one deal from a 2 day conference that cost me little but waisted my time. ( Hmm come to my conference and I'll tell you how to spend $25,000 just to be told "let me show you more you can spend your money on". And don't let me get started on Guru's that are cleverly disguised as consumer advocates.

So I am here to learn from you.

I'd like to start by wholesaling and Lease Optioning some Sub2 Properties.

My main goal is to get enough cashflow from rental properties and wholesale deals to invest in Mutli-family and Mixed Use Real estate projects.

Mentors or real estate investment companies I can intern with in order to build knowledge.

Also, if there is anyone out there with decent forms software and cashflow software that wouldn't mind sharing it, I would greatly appreciate it.
