Hello everyone,
I'm setting up my RE wholesale business. Hope to get lots of advices and networking with other people in the industry.

Real Estate Goals
As a first step, my goal is wholesaling the properties. Eventhough for some reasons rehabbing interests me a lot.
So, when time comes, I , definitely, want to rehab a house. I know it's gonna be lots of money, time and sweat but it sounds fun to me.
