I currently have no real world experience in real estate right now, but I do have business and sales experience..

I am learning and in the beginning stages of doing do a light marketing campaign to try and build a buyers and sellers list for my wholesaling business, eventually I want to move on to more long term investing such as buy and hold but I want to master wholesailing before I move on, any help on this site would be great.

I am currently seeking some guidance and advice from this site and mentoring would always be great.
