I strive to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. My focus is single family rental properties in the greater Las Vegas area which includes Henderson and North Las Vegas. In addition to real estate and property management, I'm a designated real estate appraiser.
Experience
I have 9 years under my belt in the real estate appraisal industry. I started in the Detroit metro, and started Dwyer Home Appraisal in 2006 in Las Vegas.
Looking to leverage my appraisal experience, I became an active agent and property manager in 2011.
