Phillip is currently managing my property (SFR) in Las Vegas. Before I engaged Phillip, I had all kinds of problems with this property (burglary, professional tenant. etc.).

As soon as Phillip took over the management from my former property manager, he promptly evicted the bad tenant, fixed the house to a rental condition and placed a tenant (it did not take more than two weeks for him to find a tenant for me.).
