I am a new real estate investor looking to learn the tricks of the trade from the more experienced investors. My interest is in wholesaling, REOs and short sales.

Experience

I am still wet behind the ears, just learning the business of real estate investing. Have invested in a few different real estate home study courses and started to attend the local REIA.

Real Estate Goals

To flip at least 2 houses per month wholesaling. Also would like to be an REO investor alongside that so if I can do a couple of REO deals per month in addition, that would be good for now. When I get better at it I would love to do bulk REO deals and flip at least 5 properties per month, wholesaling.

Currently Seeking

I seek networking, advice from the veteran investors, and I'm seeking to learn how to obtain funding for REO deals. I see that they exist in abundance, but I have no funding now.

I am starting with no money, so I need to learn how to find motivated sellers of single or multi-family homes, maybe online, to eliminate the need to find marketing dollars.
