My strategy is a combination of fix n flip and long term hold for cashflow.
I'm aiming for about 80 rental properties in the next 10 years, plus some serious capital from flipping about 40-60 pieces of real estate or so in that same time period. I've been refining my strategy and putting some serious financing in place since purchasing this triplex. As soon as this is all done, I'll be moving full steam ahead. Challenging? Yes! Possible? You better believe it!
