I'm a professional pilot (9 years as a Naval Aviator and 11 with the airlines) and part-time RE investor with a small number of rental properties in SoCal. I hold a BS Degree in Physics and an MBA. Our dream is make enough money in real estate that we can buy our OWN airplane and decide OURSELVES the departure time and destination!

Real Estate Goals
Hold a total of 5 rental properties by Dec. 2011, and 10 properties by 2015. We are also interested in someday owning a self-storage facility or two.
