I'm a professional airline pilot (9 year Navy veteran) and part-time RE investor with 3 properties (2 are rentals). I hold a BS Degree in Physics and an MBA. Our dream is make enough money in real estate that we can buy our OWN airplane and decide OURSELVES the departure time and destination!

- Landlording for over 12 years
- Worked as a loan officer
- Owned 10% of a California mortgage corporation

Real Estate Goals

We would like to hold a total of 5 rental properties by 2013, and 10 properties by 2015. We are also interested in someday owning a self-storage facility or two.
