1. Wholesale a piece of real estate for profit

2. Establish a profitable wholesale business doing 3-4 deals a month.

3. Learn and move into other strategies, (buy and hold, rehab+retail, etc.) after getting comfortable wholesaling

4. Knock these out and replace em with new goals...
