I have been a real estate investor for over 10 years. I am also a practicing CPA (certified public accountant) specializing in real estate taxation and forensic accounting. I take great personal pride in my ability to analyze potential opportunities from a fiscally responsible position.

Currently Seeking
I am looking for equity investors to partner with. As an equity investor, you will receive quarterly cash flow distributions without the management headaches of dealing with the property. Also, the investment is secured by real estate.
