Hey Matt, I just got your message and i am looking forward to working with you to get the most out of this website. Right now i am actually working on a lease option deal so I haven't blogged in a few days, but when this is all done I will post everything that happened so that you can maybe use some of my ideas. As far building a buyers list I really have not been working that much on that lately, but by next Monday, I should be able to start again. I'll be in contact with you soon since I could use a little help, I only have one buyer/investor on my list right now. Talk to you soon Jeff
