In my own words...

I'm a career physician turned full time real estate investor (2005) investing primarily in multifamily in recovering / emering markets around the country. I have become a firm believer in the concept that a deal can be found in almost any market, but there are markets that are recovering or emerging which hold much greater potential for ethically maximizing your investment returns. Researching and identifying these markets has become almost an obsession, and with some like minded friends have chartered a real estate data research company after working on our database for over 5 years. I live with my lovely wife in the mountain town of Bozeman north of Yellowstone.

Real Estate Experience

Started with single family homes and office buildings as part of my first career. Now invest in multifamily projects as well as mobile home parks/ long stay RV parks around the country.
