I'm a full time Real Estate Broker and the president of USA Choice Realty. I'm also the CEO and Founder of Integrity Property Management in Rochester NY. I buy Turn-Key Cash Flow Properties for Investors from around the World and then Property Manage them. The Investor pays me a Buyers Fee to find them a property just like what I buy for myself giving them great equity and rental income. Through Integrity Property Management we rehab the property if it needs it at a contract price.

I've been investing in Real Estate every since I was 25 years old and that was 33 years ago. Today I'm a Real Estate Investor and Broker with my own brokerage USA Choice Realty in Rochester NY. I'm also the CEO and Founder of Integrity Property Management Inc. I provide Turn-Key 1-4 Unit Investment properties for Investors from around the World. I personally own and rent several properties in the City of Rochester and I'm actively buying more. I was the past president and founder of the Rochester REI Club a Real Estate Investment Club in Rochester NY.

Out of Town Real Estate Investors that have Cash or IRA self directed funds to purchase our single family and 2 family Turn-Key Investment Properties in Rochester NY . I personally consult with out of town Investors on how to make from 16% to 20% Return on their Cash Investments. Single family homes all fixed up and in great rental area's are selling for $25k. Rents are averaging $800 a month for section 8 tenants letting our investors walk away with up to $500 a month positive cash flow.
