Some conventional investing over the years. Looking to increase my portfolio with creative measures as I'm taking responsibility for my own social security. Not sure WHAT the government is doing these days.
Conventional buy and hold investor since 2000.
Increase portfolio to 30+ homes by 2012. Establish some as "hold" properties and some as "flip" properties. Create a passive income of $10,000 per month by the end of 2012 consisting of 30 properties at $200 per property per month and the balance of $4000 per month average via rehabbing and flipping 1 home every quarter.
1.-Equity partners for investing. 2.-Private lenders looking for returns of 6-15%.
3.-Contractors able to meet deadlines while being cost-effective.
