Started as a residential real estate agent about 25 years ago.
Went into commercial investment property sales and investing.
Became a residential and commercial loan officer.
Now, I have a business relationship as a US Gov't HUD titled Bulk direct REO seller's agent.
HUD and the Treasury and the non profit broke up.
Began selling Real Esttate in CA in 1972.
Went from residential real estate to selling multi family income producing properties in the 1980's. In 1990 became a loan officer and sold residential and commercial loans in the Seattle area.
Recently made a contact with the sellers mandate of HUD REO properties who is the person I represent.
To close enough deals so I too can buy the $5,000,000. worth of bulk reo's myself. As that gives you between 40-50 houses in one deal, which can be resold and or rented.
Investors, and already have several, to purchase these HUD titled reo's.
