In my past life i was in the mortgage industry. I owned and operated one of the first 6 mortgage brokerages in Illinois. After almost 30 years, I retired from that business and begain my career as a Real Estate investor.

Many students ask me to help analyze their deals and even JV on them together. My specialty is High End Luxury Homes.

Experience

Started out in the Mortgage Business at a Local Savings and Loan. Worked my way up the corporate ladder to Senior VP of Mortgage Lending. Opened up One of the first 10 Mortgage Brokerages in Illinois in 1986 and became one of the largest through lates 80's - esrly 90's. Have been investing in Real Estate basically since 1991. Bought, Sold, Rehabbed, Short Sales, Lease Options, Options etc., Millions of Dollars of Real Estate. Became a National Coach and Mentor for High End Luxury Homes and Authored a Book called "Liquidation Events" a complete system to "Self-Auction" Luxury Homes which I have re-written to include Mid-Priced homes as well. I Have spoken and taught in front of Large Audiences for some very well known names such as Ron LeGrand.
