In my own words...

I have had a very strong desire to be a real estate investor since the Savings and Loan crisis of the mid 1980's. At the time information and education was very limited for newbies. In 2008 my wife and I started the education process and have devoted a large amount of time to that end. We are focusing on wholesaling now and are pursuing lease options to learn more. Our goal is to become skilled in multiple strategies and then help others, as we have enjoyed being helped.

Our experience to this point has been identifying good deals and finding buyers for the properties.

Becoming solid at multiple strategies; wholesaling, fix/flip subject to and lease option, then moving to buy and hold.

Currently Seeking

Other folks in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC and Atlanta to network and do deals with, primarily wholesale.
