I began as a mortgage consultant and slowly shifted my focus into real estate investing. I have completed a few for myself, but generally I like to keep my investment money freed up so I usually partner or assist investors in finding the deals. I focus on pre-construction deals and emphasize short term leveraging. I have ties with several developers, currently offering several great pre-construction contracts in Vail and Winter Park, CO.

My real estate goals are to learn as much as possible about each niche in the industry. My philosophy is the more you know, the better you can approach and tackle problems/situations creatively.
