About 5+ years experience. I had wholesale, rehab and bought and hold single family units as well as multifamily units.

In recent times I had extensive education in Commercial properties - Apartments, Self Storage, Mobile Home Parks, Land etc.

Real Estate Goals

I have a 5years goal focus.

1. To Focus on Investing in Commercial properties.
2. To continue to acquire sound education and networking with other investors in creative investing in Commercial properties
3. To acquire properties with atmost 60 to 70% of "as is" "where is" of the value.
4. Wholesale deals and/or execute my exit strategy for each deal.
5. Apply sound business and management principles at all times. Focus at all times on highest and best use of opportunities and properties.
6. The specifics of number of units, cashflow and equity we are targeting is kept to in-house for now.
