Looking to network witrh other investors across the country. I currently buy and flip, looking to continue that but to start to buy and hold cashflow.

Would love to network with others who have experience with BULK REO's on the buying and reselling end.

Also would like to network with others who have experience putting creative deals together, thinking out of the box!

Experience

1st investment was doublewide that I still own that cashflows every month.

I have made some good investments, and some bad, I hear a lot more about teh bad from my wife.

I have learned that I am not a good landlord.

I love to buy and sell at a profit, I have a new motto in this market, "buy low, sell low"

Real Estate Goals

I would like to get experience with Bulk REO packages, learning the art of buying and reselling at a profit.

I would also like to learn about investing in paper.

We plan to relocate to texas this summer and I would like to be generating a 6 figure income so i can provide for my family and not miss my children growing up!
