Greetings! I've been involved in Arizona real estate since the early 2000's. I started as a Loan Officer, but quickly realizing how many people were getting loans (that had no business doing so), I began to work for/with Real Estate Investors to be able to help those in foreclosure.

I earned income doing Property Management, but also bought and sold properties with multiple investors, and have flipped, owned, rehabbed, and sold my own properties since I started in this business.

I'm also a licensed real estate agent, with the designation of Real Estate and Foreclosure Resource, as well as being as Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Currently I work as an Arizona short sale realtor, investor, and consultant to real estate investors and Mentor to new agents/investors.

Experience

9+ years in non-traditional residential real estate, consulting for private investors, specializing in systems and operations development and portfolio management. I've built on experience in assisting and managing the operations of acquiring, rehabbing, managing, leasing, and resale of SFR's within a portfolio > $5-$10M in the Phoenix, AZ market.

Also Arizona short sale Realtor. Since 2003 working with AZ homeowners facing foreclosure.

Continue to grow my portfolio as well as fix and flip in the greater Phoenix-Metro area as an Investor/Agent. Grow the consulting/speaking side of my business.
