I run a company called Place To Live Rentals in Indianapolis IN. We started in 2005. We buy sell and lease rental properties in the Indianapolis area. Recently we started Wholesale Houses LLC, a comprehensive investing company. We have turnkey investments as well as wholesale houses available. We take on management for any property we sell.

My company, Place To Live Rentals, was started in 2005. Since then we have worked with over 400 property owners and listed over 4,000 units. My partner Terri and I have purchased about 350 bank owned properties since 2009.
