I am a CPA working in the banking industry with a background as a mortgage broker. I begun investing in 2009, and recently have decided to begin acquiring additional properties as quickly as possible. I'm excited about real estate investing and think this is a fantastic industry!

Experience

I worked for 9 years as a mortgage broker and contract loan processor. I converted my primary residence to a rental property in 2009 and began really working toward build a large rental real estate portfolio in late 2011.
