Real Estate Goals
To have my business formula for HML(PML)-> Rehab-> Refinance-> Cash Flow by means of Section 8 (hold for appreciation)/Rent to Own in full operations by April 2011.
By the end of the year I will have holdings! :D
Currently Seeking
Real estate investors who have experience with Refinancing out of hard money and section 8 investors.
I do freelance marketing to build my nest egg for the operation costs of my fledgling real estate business. So if you need any web projects done I'm $25 an hour.
