Alberto Stein Rios is a full time Associate broker who specializes in pre-foreclosures and foreclosures through short sales in the Puget Sound Region since 2004. His extent network of contacts within many banks makes him able to close deals much quicker and easier, that would otherwise be lost to foreclosure. His knowledge of real estate investments and contacts throughout the industry makes him a valuable resource for anyone wanting to enter into either residential or commercial real estate investing. More recently, his attention has turned to Multi-family investing across state lines. Alberto Stein is a member of NWRIA (Northwest Real Investor Association) where he is part of Reach Returns and Power Players, a nationwide network of seasoned real estate investors. He is also part and actively involved with GKIC (Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle) and Seattle University's Board of Governors.
