As an investor, I work with clients that wish to invest in Real Estate but don't want the hassles of construction for rehab and/or maintainance for various ongoing exit strategies from buy/hold and rent, Land Contract or sell. As a wholesaler, I provide REO assets to direct buyers looking to invest in real estate in moderate levels. Many of my clients are folks that are using IRAs or vaious forms of set aside funds in an effort to gain a better and faster return on their investment through the purchase of real estate. As a consultant, I assist as an intermediary providing a clean, clear and direct connection between buyers and sellers in bulk REO acquisitions. I have a corporate finance background and 10+ years in the real estate to include the title & escrow industry and managed and directed all facets of the title operations.

It is my focus to assist my clients in the acquisition of REO assets and to use all my experience to create a true, one stop shopping experience to include mediation between buyers and sellers in acquiring bulk REO packages, property management throughout the investment project and continuing to build a professional reputation in the industry for both my company and our clients.

I'm seeking direct opportunities for my buyers in need of REO and Notes through both the Residential and Commercial channels. I'm always looking for solid product channels but must be able to provide title vesting and ownership with deeds in hand. Additionally, I'm looking for investors willing to invest the funds while sharing 50/50 ownership of the assets while under my management throughout to the desired exit strategy. I'm looking for investors that want to invest but don't want the hassle.
