I'm a real estate investor. I assist homeowners that are in pre-foreclosure. I am an expert on the foreclosure process in FL, WA, TX, FL and GA. I have also been told that I am very good at determining accurate market values - both as-is and ARV. I'm also in the process of acquiring REO properties.
