Today I mainly buy - fix and either hold or sell REO's. I buy both single homes and in bulk (small scale bulk like 10 -15 properties at a time).

I wholesale - hold - and sell rehabbed/rented properties to other investors as well.

I am a licensed Realtor and builder.

I am a frequent guest on several radio shows in the CA market coaching others on REI and offering wholesale and turnkey properties.

I have worked with hundreds of first time (or second time) investors and helped guide them through their first purchase...most come back for more, referr others or both.

My local team here is available to anyone who needs a good rehab done or good property management - a reliable loan officer etc...you name it I have a GREAT ONE here as well as in other markets across the US.
