Greetings from Las Vegas. I am a REI here, working on my own. After the fall of '08 my somewhat self sufficient Web Design small company was out of clients. I had always looked at real estate and this year started in ernest. Currently, I am working on my own.

It seems my bad fortune turns into good fortune, all the time. In researching a property, I was introduced to the inner workings of some of the major banks and federal agencies. It is never a bad thing to call bureaucrats and make them commisurate with you over empty boarded up houses. And, there is always a silver lining with getting transfered 20 times and not blowing up.

While it is great that I am making friends and influencing people, I realize I am not working my most efficient. I need a team and more buyers, CASH buyers. I have many projects just waiting to go through, if only I had CASH buyers.
