In my own words...
My real estate experience is mostly in rehabbing SFR in the Dallas area. I call myself a newbie because I have moved to investing in commercial properties, which is a new world for me.
Real Estate Experience
My first single family rehab and hold was in 1999. Since then I have rehabbed 12 properties. I was still working, so my time spent on real estate investments was basically part-time. However, I am a newbie in the commercial arena, which is where my interest is today.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to move into commercial investments.
Currently Seeking
I am currently seeking commercial investment properties and a mentor to assist and school me; also funding.
